Our Philosophy

It is our philosophy at Silver Lake Care Center not to merely focus on creating a place for seniors to reside. Our staff strives to create an environment that enables each senior to receive the appropriate level of care each senior needs. Far too often facilities only focus on the physical needs of the resident, leaving them feeling isolated and detached. At Silver Lake Care Center, our residents are an integral part of our family. With this in mind, we have an Activities Director whose sole purpose it is to find ways, through activities, to encourage seniors to enjoy themselves while with us. This helps build a sense of community and gives residents various events to look forward to. Our staff truly cares about our residents and it is our goal to make it possible for each resident to enjoy themselves in their time with us.

How can we reach these goals? We reach goals by a "one team, one purpose" mentality. Our singular purpose, "to provide the best care in the country", enables us to work as a team to provide quality care to each of our residents consistently and with confidence.

At Silver Lake Care Center each resident IS an individual and our staff strives to make their stay with us, no matter how short or long, an inviting and comfortable on. We pride ourselves in the personal care given to each resident enabling them to remain independent.

Our Employees

Our professional nursing staff consists of RN's, LPN's, certified medication aides, restorative aides and nursing assistants who ensure that the needs and expectations of our residents and family members are met on a daily basis.

Our Environmental Services personnel work hard to maintain a well-kept facility that is clean and odor free.

Our Dietary Department endeavors to provide all our residents with meals that are delicious and nutritious and meet their specific dietary requirements.

Our Activities Department offers activities seven days a week to inspire our residents to continue with an active and involved lifestyle.
